I see that Caller type you have Dept Collector, so I am going to use my wisdom and knowledge of the English language and assume that the label should be Debt Collector. With that being said I will move on. I returned the call and a girl name Tina answered. She explained that this number is used for credit card payments that are overdue for Macy's and Bloomingdale's. Hang ups should not be experienced. She recommended calling the number on the back of the credit card to file a complaint and to see if you have a payment that is passed due.

I received several suspicious calls on my cell phone then a check/debit hit my bank account for $249. I'm trying to track down 1st Protect or USM Customer Service.

First leaves threatening voicemail, then just keeps calling over and over. Heavily accented male voice. Broken english. No info given other than threats.

Calls all hours. No one is there.

Keeps asking for Erica... Have told them over 20 times they have the wrong number. They hangup on me or are sarcastic and tell me to do them a favor and have a great day!! I have told them every time to stop calling.

I am getting calls from this number on my personal cell multiple times everyday. I currently have my phone set up to dump the caller straight to voicemail without alerting me. All I see is a missed call indicator.

This Guy is a scammer and trys to scare people he claims that there was a claim filed against me..He was SUPPOSEDLY from the dept of law and investigation..Guess what im not buying it and it takes a hell of a lot more than some scammer calling me and interrupting my family life...these people need to get a REAL DAMN JOB and bother someone else.IM NOT SCARED .
